CEO | Execution Director, Canada
Being a unifying and passionate manager, François can coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure their performance on the many worksites on which they operate. Holder of a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, he joined Filtrum in 1989. Demonstrating great management and leadership skills, he has served as president since 2007.
VP | Automation and Electrical Project Manager
With Filtrum since 1988, Serge mainly occupies the position of Automation and Electrical Director. A graduate of Industrial Instrumentation and Process Control and with a Bachelor of Electrical Technology, Serge is one of the pillars of the company. Having worked on more than 300 projects during his career, he has played a fundamental part in the expansion of the company.
COO | Sales Director
Upon joining Filtrum in 2003, Simon first worked as a project manager in the electrical and control department before moving on to the lead the Sales department for all Filtrum divisions. His position of COO contributes to Filtrum’s growth both locally and abroad.
With over 30 years of experience in the company, Louis is a veteran with diverse experience which has allowed him to acquire a global perspective to carry out projects of great complexity. The management team does not hesitate to hand him mandates that represent significant challenges which are critical to the company’s continued growth.
Execution Director, Quebec
With more than 20 years of experience as a mechanical engineer, Yves joined the Filtrum team in 2006. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated his great expertise by working on more than 250 projects. He now leads the execution team for all projects in Quebec.
Sales and Estimation Director, Canada
With more than 15 years of experience in the water and wastewater treatment industry in Canada, Ian joined Filtrum in 2015. He is actively involved in business development and oversees sales for our Canada division and International division.
With the growth and success of the business at heart, Nicolas ensures that Filtrum’s financial systems are robust and that they support the flourishing business of the company. His aptitude for business ensures that Filtrum manages its finances soundly. Through a combination of his education, experience and strong analytical capabilities, he contributes to the development of the company’s financial strategy.
